Change of Mind

  • Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty and wellness products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been processed or delivered.

  • Please choose your items carefully before checking out.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email support@nuraehealth.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it quickly.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Missing or Delayed Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived, first check your tracking details.

  • As outlined in our Shipping Policy, orders can take up to 20 business days to arrive.

  • We cannot process a refund or replacement until 20 business days have passed since the ship date.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if your order has not arrived after 20 business days, or if a product is confirmed damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear.

Returns Process (if applicable)

  • For any approved return (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we’ll provide instructions and, where required, a prepaid return label.

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Final Sale & Promotional Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions are considered final sale and may not be eligible for return unless damaged or faulty.
